Please be aware BT have a major service outage on the Kingston Node affecting multiple customers. This is not an ISP or exchage specific outage.

BT is making progress towards full restoration of Service. An Engineer is now on site, operational teams are carrying out remote diagnostics.

Anticipated clear time is 1400hrs

I am pleased to confirm BT have now resolved the issue with the Kingston node in the early hours of this morning:

"On 23 May 2009BT experienced some difficulties with ATM Node at Kingston
The fault was identified at 03:06.

Service has been restored by completing a Node restarted , Circuits restored by Manual intervention
This issue may have been due to Planned Works

BT regrets any inconvenience this may have caused."
