Sorry to hear you had a 2700 PSU fail Simon but glad to hear that you had a spare.
Lucky for me I too have spares but I shall keep my  that I won't need to use them!

Den's neighbour had a 2700 PSU expire recently as well. Seems to be a bit of an epidemic going on!

They probably have a universal PSU that would fit the bill, but I haven't checked yet.

My 2700 decided to do a factory reset yesterday afternoon while I was out

These PSU failures do seem to be worryingly common. Still, at least 2700s are cheap, as are replacement PSUs.
