We would be grateful if you could explore the options  and  see if you can add to the information already known about the V6 on Tripod's site either by posting here or emailing Tripod direct.

we would like some V6's on-line to try and trap the next update whenever it is released.

Will you please confirm the firmware version is currently v6.1.1.48

Alan, the firmware is indeed 6.1.1.48-enh.tm.

I really bought this one just to have a look at the v6 firmware and see how it performed, to be honest it seems to be doing quite a good job at the moment.

I was going to swap back to the v5 after a bit of a play but, now i think i'll just let it run and see what happens to it, in the future.

If i come across anything of note or there is a significant change, like a firmware upgrade, i'll drop Bill a line at the tripod and post it here as well.
