Anyone just come from Pipex?

If there are any recent ex-Pipex users about (or anyone else knows), could they please point me in the direction of a phone number or email with which to request a MAC code?  I have a friend who wants to join IDNet, but she's confused over who she's actually with now, as she joined Pipex more than five years ago.

I've just had a family member migrate here from Pipex.

You might want to advise you friend to be persistent because it's highly likely they will be given the run around before being connected to the right script monkey. I hope this isn't the case but it does still seem to be par for the course even after the recent buy out.
