Since my switch to ADSL2+ I've been keeping an eye on my line profile.

I've noticed that with each re-sync it drops by 1000kbps and is currently sitting at 16000kbps, with a throughput of approx 14000kbps.

Will it keeps dropping until it's roughly in line with my throughput or should it now stay where it is? I must have had 2 or 3 re-syncs over the weekend since the switch as it started at 19000kbps, however my throughput has stayed roughly the same.

You should be so lucky.  ;)

I have a 15000 profile with a 3339 throughput.

UPDATE: Which is now back to normal.  ;D

Sky/Easylink LLU. Thankfully! ;-)

The profile relates to the sync speed, Jonathan, but a change of 32k in sync can cost you 1000k in profile.
