News reader eternal-september problems

This morning I am being refused connection to my free newsreader as above. Is anyone else getting this problem? has anyone successfully connected to it this am?

Thanks Q, I have, after much looking found my answer, they had a system failure last night and will be off until 2.0pm ish today.
