Well I wanted to tell you all this  If you have a poor line like myself there may be hope. Over the last few weeks as you will all know my line has been a pain . However the last few days my speeds have been stable and the row of lights on my router instead of being a flashing orange have being a steady blue to say there is no line fault. It looks like BT have done some work at the exchange or on my line. I called C/S this morning who confirmed that my MSR had gone up to 5 meg. So lets hope it lasts. The moral of this story is if you have a poor line BT might repair it one day.

NO! Its mine all mine i tell you. Thinking of putting a lock on the exchange so they cant mess it up again.

I'd put in some tank traps and a minefield if I were you, Bill. I'm really pleased you've got somewhere - even if it does mean you have a much better profile than me.
