Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

Hi Joe,

You may need to contact IDNet about this, so they can test your line, but could you provide us with a BT Speedtest, so we can see your line profile?
Simon.

Without seeing your profile, it's hard to comment.

It may be that the line had a burst of noise and synced low, causing a low profile.

Alternatively, if the profile is fine it could indicate a line fault, exchanr fault or (least likely) congestion.

There is an ongoing issue with BT Wholesale and WBC 21CN, where it seems they've not provisioned enough back haul capacity in some exchanges, resulting in congestion and slow speeds etc. It's best to speak to Idnet support, you'll need to provide some BT Speedtest results, as that's all BT will accept as evidence of a problem.

You'll need to get onto IDNet, Joe. The profile is fine so there's nothing immediately obvious.

Oh, and... :welc: :karma:
