does anyone know where i can download a legal .iso version of windows xp home?

i've repaired one of my old computers tonight, went to get the cd, put it on the floor and it got stood on and broke 

i have the CD key on the side of the PC so its legal

OEM copy ... speak to the manufacturer of your pc.
Genuine microsoft disc  .... speak with microsoft.
