Now let me get this straight ;D atm I am logged on with my old router...so do I connect the new one up and go to the page and download ?can only have one router at a time after all (plugged in I mean)
I cannot log into my IDNet account until tomorrow with luck so would it be better to wait until the changeover ?

If you're going to update the router, David, download the latest firmware with your present connection. The easy way is then to connect via a cable without connecting to the phone line, and from the router, select the file you've downloaded. Then, I'd wait until tomorrow morning to connect the router to the phone line, and try it with your IDNet login, most migrations happen in the small hours. If it won't accept the login, use your A&A until you get the completion email from IDNet.

That did it,I have a lot of problems with Chrome especially with music downloads from Amazon....they always fail but have got into the habit of changing over to FF now...might change back to FF

I forgot how fast this is

I need to be persuaded to move from FF, and nothing has done that for me yet. I didn't like Opera or Safari, and I don't trust Chrome.

Only thing i find chrome good for is sites that use alot of javascript, sites like facebook.

David

Which I never use Paul..
So I just leave this as a download and install tomorrw before I log on ?is this the correct action chaps ?
