Anybody any idea's when adsl2 will be on my exchange? driffield east yorkshire.
And how old will i be when fttc comes here?  :thumb: im currently 28 :eek4:

BT have updated the target date for the 21CN PSTN switchover to Q3 2011 for the Driffield exchange so, sometime after that, I would think.

they did have it as 30 march 2010 for wbc but that has vanished.

I'd rather stay in rual yorkshire than move to a city or large town though.

There's no method in BT's madness, though, so even if you did move, unless you went to an area already live, you might still wait as long.

yeah this true, only winds me up when downloading hd films on the ps3 takes a couple of hours.

Oh it's not too bad. I'm on normal ASDL and just downloaded 2.2GB at a steady 800KB/s average, with a 833 peak. :D
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

We used several this winter for the foodstuffs we store in the garage, Ray. They're also good for keeping drinks cool in summer.
