It is very interesting, the features shown are going to make other browser devs sit up.

You can run the preview "live " but running it on your  own machine is better.

Gary

Well IE8 was the most robust browser against Malware last year, so maybe 9 will be even better  :eyebrow:

It seems that it will only work on Vista and Windows 7, not on XP  :(

Ah well, I can live without the excitement, Ian. ;)

I see there will finally be support for Border Radius. Does that mean it'll support WebKit standards or will developers still need to programme specifically for I.E. I wonder.

OK - took a look, and granted - on the gizmos it's currently faster than FF (though the preview doesn't carry any bagage, so that will change).

Now, how do I uninstall it?

Ironically we laugh at the browser but IE8 is technically the safest browser out there, it had less patches than Firefox last year, a lot less vulnerabilities (reported ones) but still it stood up to 87% of Malware, FF could only handle I think I said about 21%, IE8 is a tight fast and very robust browser and right now safer that FF 3/3.5 and 3.6 because they have not improved the Malware detection, so in al honesty and I am staggered to say this, but if you want browsing safely IE8 is a long term better browser than the others, that feels so weird to say  :bawl:
