Firefox 3.7 now becomes firefox 3.6.4

Yes Mozilla are being all confusing again, this is what's happening: Previously, developers had planned to follow Firefox 3.6, the last major release, with Firefox 3.7 around the middle of the year. But the vagaries of Mozilla versioning have changed. The former Firefox 3.7 will be released as Firefox 3.6.4. Firefox 4 will supposedly be released late in 2010, but I can see that slipping as usual with bugs and issues, but they will be offering 64 bit versions for Windows and Mac OS at last.

Good news about 64 bit version. How much difference it will make I do not know. A part from all the addon writers working a little harder. !!!
