RTP packet loss has shot up as of 24/24/06 2010

Anyone any ideas why this has happened? Have idnet made a major core change?

Still running at a constant 0.2% loss, But it was 0.01 for as long as i can remember.

The host link went down on the 26th June and stayed down for awhile whether its related i don't know.
