Hi

Can anyone give me advice on why my net connection is being Evil while im playing starcraft 2 as it keep droping me from the game and disconnecting my conversation in skype..

i would check my router logs to see whats going on but i dont know how to check them on the 2wire

any advice please

thanks

Steve

Not a 2wire user but I believe the router logs are available via the management console for v4 and v5 and routerstats lite is available also. Any signs of packet loss and high ping times

Hope that helps
If you need any help interpreting the logs or stats then post back

Can you see the router while you're playing/talking, Colin. It occurs to me that both activities need good ping times...

i can and its not losing sync

Rik

It would be worth plotting your ping times, then and see if they're jumping about.
