I'm trying to sync all my calendars and just wondering whats the best way to sync between outlook and google calendar.

Currently I've got my iPhone sync'd with google calendar & mail through microsoft exchange, will be doing the same with my iPad later today.

For outlook and gmail sync I downloaded a tool from google that does it all :

iphone / ipad calendar sync :

If your going to sync calendars this way on iphone/ipad, disable calendar syncing in itunes as you will get dupe entrys.

Calendar will sync as soon as you load the calendar on iphone/ipad or if you've got push enabled.
