Free sync tool for use on USB

I need a tool to sync between work on college pcs, work on the laptop and work on the pc at home.

So it needs to clean out files that have been preceded (not permanently, aka have a "deleted folder" in case of cock up)

Work effectively on a USB drive

And to run without admin rights (college)

Toucan isnt doing it for me atm, it failed to sync a major project milestone earlier in the week, worrying!
