Hi All
I've been following your forum for a few weeks now and would like to know what kind of details you can access via your account i.e. monthly usage etc.

I used to be with F2S where it was possible to check most of my details online.
Do you guys have something similar with IDNet?

Made the dreadful mistake of changing to Pipex last November(did not do my homework!!!)
Phone line and calls being transfered to BT on the 26th. Ending contract with Pipex on the same day.
I  only hope they give me my MAC number!! so that I can transfer to IDNet.
They can sing for the rest of the contract fee. I've never known such a Mickey Mouse company in all my life. >:(

Hi Dennyjim, welcome to the forum.

Within the customer account area you can access:

  • monthly usage
  • projected usage
  • the ability to create email addresses
  • email and broadband settings
  • view current payment details
  • view past invoices

If there is anything you need to know, but don't have readily available in the customer account area, just give support a ring and they can soon tell you!

It's not as advanced as F2S, but then it doesn't have to be for most of us. The only thing I find I need from it is checking my usage details.

Thanks lance
That's all I need to know.
The forum here seems so laid back
Any more so and it'd be horizontal  ;D
That can only be a good sign.
