Strange things happening with my connection. Logs show a re-sync at 4 this morning, came back up at 2528 from 8128 and then a few minutes later back to 8128. All lights green this morning but no ppp. Reboot now shows red internet, still no ppp.
Tim is on the case, nothing to do but wait and see.

Dum dee dum!

Seems to be back up again  ;D

I have no idea what that was all about, never seen anything like it. Look at the pic, it shows FEC's I don't get FEC's on fastpath. My attenuation has gone down to 26.0

The uptime was around 24 days for that first reading.

Srtange!

Has interleave kicked back in to stabilise the line?

Ted

No, still on fastpath. Everything back to normal. Just spoken to support and it appears to be a combination of BT messing around and a stale session.

Ran a BT test just now, all is as it should be. That re-sync at 4.19 seems more strange every time I look at it  :dunno:

Very weird, Ted, it should have hit your profile. BT work is the best I can offer...

Has to be. As I said to Brian, "I wish they wouldn't do that!"

Indeed!  Still, it's good to have the phone to check the forum for outages (there wasn't). Hence my call to support.
