Everything working here, there is a list of BT works going on though, and IDnet status page says sub optimal, works were going on in the Bristol area last night and I guess may be causing issues still. If its BT work its out of Idnets hands. If you need even though its a weekend if you call them they will get back to you if its an emergency, if its not working in the morning and its not your equipment give them a call.

What are your router stats? Is it showing you are still in sync with the exchange?
Damned, if you do damned if you don't

Is it really necessary to use expletives in your posts?

As has been posted numerous times, BT are carrying out upgrade work NATIONWIDE throughout December which may cause drop outs, that plus breakdowns and severe weather issues will be the answer.

Given the time of your disconnection it will be exchange work which is carried out from midnight to lessen the impact on users.

Exchange work after midnight, even my little exchange and LLU connection had some.

Sheffield, Lostwithial and Assynt areas still have ongoing problems according to BT pages.  Mitchell and Cillindale appear to have been resolved.
