dropping sync

Over the last few days, I have noticed my sync dropping and coming back. Sync rate is suffering as a result.  Down to 1,040 / 12,935 now which is aprox 6k off norm (down).  Guess I'll have to try a new filter/router again. What a pain!

Probably going to be a quicker solution than getting BT who will probably say the circuit is performing within specification.

Flashing Christmas lights can also affect ADSL so make sure these are set to permanent on.
