Is there a way to complain to BT about their Fibre rollout?

Hello!

Just been checking to see when fibre will be coming to my area, and from what I can tell, absolutely nothing is!  Even past March 2012!  The population in the town I connect to is reported as 12,000 (back in 2001).  Now I can understand there are a lot of exchanges to be done, but it feels very much like the North East of England is being forgotten about and getting a very raw deal.  Just take a look at this:-

In particular, look underneath each section that says "Exchanges that are ready for BT Infinity".

North East = 6

Yes, 6 exchanges!  Are they having a laugh?  That is just terrible especially when you look at all the other areas!!

Is there somewhere I can write to?  It really is like the North East does not exist to anyone past the midlands.    I'm still on 2Mb ADSL here....

You can write to BT's CEO, Jimbo, but you might as well save the stamp. They're a business, they'll do what is profitable for them and have no duty to do anything else. All you get is sympathetic noises, if that.
