I can't seem to find an option in the user portal for generating migration codes.  Do I need to contact IDNet directly about this?

Thanks Rik.  It's with a heavy heart that I find myself having to part company with IDNet.

IDNet have been fantastic.  Particularly their support which is first rate!  I would gladly recommend IDNet to anyone.

I'm considering Sky LLU for 12.50 a month as an existing Sky Tv customer.  The reason for leaving IDNet is purely a financial decision.  If money wasn't an issue I'd stay.

It's hard to beat the Sky deal, and their ADSL seems to get quite good reports. Let us know how you get on, will you?

I know IDNet are a quite small ISP but have you asked whether they can perhaps knock off a couple of quid to help?
