I know this is a daft question but no harm in asking.My daughter has just informed me that she has accidently deleted all her emails,how I do not know but there you go, it happens 

any way she uses the webmail on IDNet I believe.I havent got more details yet, but I was wondering is there any way that support could retrieve them
