Ok Griff and Lance,

I'll carry out another BT Speedtest soon after an hour from the last test. In the meantime I'll
try Speedtest.net and TBB Speedtest again just to confirm if the overnight downloaders are
causing the congestion at the exchange, stby;

Yep, speed down as you can see at 20 past midnight;



Now lets try TBB Speedtest and see if thats gone right down also;

Yes speed is right down to 4.2Mb Download but the Upload is a constant Flat Line at 6.2Mb.

So your absolutely right, between the hours of midnight and maybe 2am download speeds are right
down. That is perfectly ok with me. If I can get full speed during the day and early evening that will
be perfectly acceptable.

Yep, BT Speedtest right down too, see attached screenshot. It's interesting to see the Uploads are
virtually constant 24/7, nice.

I don't want to have to wait until 2am to see if we get full speed again, I think you said it was at
around 1.30am. I feel some supper coming on !!
