I am on Home Max (ADSL Max) package with IDNet. Today, after checking various ISPs 'Availability Checkers' (including IDNet's), I should be able to get ADSL2+. If I log in to my customer account, the only available upgrade is Home Supermax, not a sign of Home Pro ADSL2+ which is what I would like, primarily for the increase in allowance for no extra cost - seems like a no-brainer. Not sure if I'm missing the obvious or in fact my exchange doesn't support it yet. Forgive my ignorance, but does your exchange have to be 21CN WBC enabled to get ADSL2+? My exchange has 31/03/2011 when due to be enabled, but there is no green tick yet! I know I can wait until Monday to give IDNet a call, but I wanted to place my order for upgrade today if possible.

Thanks for your help,
Steve

I think your stuck, as I understand it as a current customer you either upgrade online or via the phone. Your exchange has to be 21CN to get adsl2+,I guess you either wait for the database to be updated or call Monday.

Thanks Steve, will do.

Placing an order online today wouldn't make any difference, as I believe BT only take the orders during working hours.

I had a similar issue at the end of February. It was a couple of weeks after my ADSL2+ regrade that the IDNet broadband package availability was updated on my login page. I just e-mailed IDNet with a request for a regrade and it was handled very swiftly: it took about 8 days to go through.
