Mail problem

All my outlook settings are fine, and have been working before. However i have not had any new mail since monday (which i found odd). So i sent an e-mail form another account and nothing came through. I logged in via the webmail and there was nothing in the inbox, only 1 of the e-mails i sent from another acccount.

Any ideas/suggestions?

I think you've got to check with support as I believe you should have got a mail undeliverable message with your test email if it had been bounced by the server, sounds like they got to be somewhere on IDNet system

I want to try and rule out issues my end before contacting IDNet!

Just set up a new accounting on Outlook using my login details and it received the test message.

Very odd, it's not receiving any older messages - none at all. I got all previous messages until Monday on the other account (that doesn't receive).

So i have 4/5 days worth of messages, missing, lost in the interweb. Hmm.

Steve's right, you need to talk to support as we can't give specific advice in a case such as yours.
