Bad ping tonight

Gaming tonight has been annoying to say the least. Ping has been jumping up and down to unplayable levels (500ms+) and Its VERY annoying  :mad: xbox is unplayable PC not so much with dedi servers etc but still terrible... No idea what to do but this is not the normal case. 

cmd ping to bbc.co.uk gives 565ms

same here being midnight makes me think its not congestion was at 700ms the other day

Couple of outages, now this? what is going on...... This isnt worth £35~ a month.

There's also BT congestion at the Harpenden exchange, according to the AAISP status page.  As you can probably tell, I'm clutching at straws.

Yeah thanks for trying, i wouldnt consider this congestion as the usual line speed is 5meg at-least , dropping to almost un usable speeds suggests a fault surely? ill see what support have to say
