When idnet supply a netgear router (set up) what do they use for user and password please. nb: admin/password doesn't work!!

Very much a guess, but until someone comes along who knows, have you tried your IDNet user name, Rick?

Rick, I'm not sure, but have you tried IDNet portal account details?

Using forum search as I don't know, Post from a few years ago suggests user = admin password = idnet login password if all else fails use a paper clip.
