Increase in latency

At approximately 9am I saw an increase in latency on my line. It's NOT interleaving, I didn't lose sync or PPP, so I can only assume a router is ill somewhere on the network.

Anyone else see the same increase in latency?

No changes here but some sites are very slow to respond for me today and have been since last night's problems.
