Apologies if this is a duplicate post, but I couldn't find it elsewhere:

My exchange Stonehouse (SSSHE) is due to be 21CN enabled at the end of March 2012, will my Home Supermax package (which is due to commence this Thursday) automatically switch over to that or will I need to initiate a change?

thanks
Jono

At some point in the future your line will be moved to 21CN  but profiled as adslmax so no potential speed gains but you will get the adsl2+ bandwidth allowances. If you choose to move to adsl2+ you'll be charged £11 but you will immediately receive the increased bandwidth allowance and if appropriate (dependent on line characteristics) adsl2+ profile.
