ran bt speedtester as website loading was a little lumpy

got the following..... showing 10mb connection, but 0k upload!!!

Attached is what my FTTC was showing yesterday, BT are sending a diagnostics engineer to investigate tomorrow.

BT speed tester is useless at the mo, sometimes it doesn't work (see 1st pic) and then when it does work, it doesn't work correctly (see 2nd pic)
