G mail not accepting login !

Been having issues with email Idned is working but Gmail shows up the log in but wont accept my password something about the imap server  :dunno:

Many hammer all over the wall and believe that with each blow they hit the nail on the head.

Oh thanks Rik thought I was going mad for a moment it even locked me out of picasa .....its the silly season again

Are you using a mail client to collect the mail, or logging in via webmail?

I use Ident net as default then foward to bb and all that but its no picnic ....odd as I got into my picasa but only after a security check

Am checking now odd as its always been the same ..................... my business cards have that address as well .... think I will dump it and make life simpler
At least my netters notification is faster sometimes never get them but am now ;D

If you are dependent on your e-mail don't trust a free provider, get your own domain and hosted mail, it can cost as little as 11 quid a year.

I had of those before and if it had not been for Rik I would have bought into a hosting of a site as well ,I swore not to use one again but then again

I only use freebie e-mail accounts for junk, anything important I use my domain address and hosted mail.
