Microsoft have discontinued  WHS 2011 http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/news/software/3368454/say-goodbye-windows-home-server/

There will be a replacement, but it is expensive at $425 for a 25 user licence Windows Server 2012 beta can be downloaded Here it's a 4.6Gb download in total.
