The current "Megaupload" court case is kind of being started in New Zealand. It's only to see if the owner can be extradited first, if there are any charges (as this is still unclear) and to figure out what is going on.

This video is kind of strange though, sounds like someone off camera is "coughing" to give messages. LOL.
