Hi i had to make my wife and son an email account, since doing this my account is saying 100%, how do i clear this to get it back to 0, when i delete things it still says 100%, also im not getting any emails delivered to me...thanks

Apart from making sure you've emptied the deleted messages folders as well I'm not sure there is anything else you can do apart from contact support on Monday.
