rubbish speeds

For the past few days I must say I have suffered rubbish speeds. I am synced at roughly the same number, however, my download speed is usually between 5 and 6 mb whereas now it is just over 1.

Just wondering if there is a known cause or if anyone else is currently suffering.

Don't think anyone else is complaining............can you copy and paste your router stats and the results of a BT line test?
