Evening Everyone,

Well just got back from a business trip to find my download speed has almost been cut in half
after trying a number of speedtests from thinkbroadband to speedtest.net. Finally I tried the
BT Wholesale Speedtester which confirmed my ip profile had changed to 38.4 Mb.

Can someone confirm that in fact my profile on the Fibre Pro Product should be around 70Mb
as was previously the case and if this is the case I need to contact support to get BT to
correct this? Just as a matter of interest I'm only 200M from the Cab.

The IP profile is related to your downstream sync so something is amiss, obviously you can't see your sync unless using a 'hacked' modem. One for support.

Might be a silly question, but have you tried rebooting the modem?

When I've had a sudden drop in speed a simple reboot brings me back to my normal profile/speed.

Sorry for late reply, yes rebooting the BT Modem, Huweii seems to have fixed it, first thing I should
have done.

Thanks
