Oh and does anyone know if you can use a windows 8 upgrade iso for a new install? If not, I will just clone the hard drive.

Well it's up and working.

A little problem though, new Hard Drive was DOA so I will get a SSD instead of a mechanical drive..

But until then, I'm using the hard drive from the old PC but that's causing a few issues at the moment so I might reformat it and start fresh.

The i7 3770k is a 3.5 GHz with boost to 3.9 GHz but mines boosting to 4.2 GHz

I bought the hard drive from dabs.com and it was a WD 1TB Black.

It will be RMA on Monday for a full refund.

There's a chance for mechanical drives being damaged in delivery, the box it arrived in looked like someone played football with it

Yep, the box my motherboard, cpu and memory came in was also beaten up but luckily it was well padded inside.
