If any one wants to look at the source code for Netgear routers to see what version of OpenSSL you are running can go here.

http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2649/~/open-source-code-for-programmers-%28gpl%29

Both Home and business users can check on this page. I checked a bunch of more recent ones and they are all safe. Netgear looks like they even on the most recent R7000 unit is only using version 0.9.8e. Hope that helps someone.

(It may be because it's late, I've had a busy week, and I've got a busier one ahead, and I just built a PC for a friend, so I've stats overload...)
But how do I use that list/info? I have a DG834G. Though I guess it's overdue for replacement.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

If you look though the source code it shows the version of OpenSSL used. To extract the source code from .tar you need something like WinRAR
