Internet cancelled in error!!!

Just got an email saying all my usage this month is over the limit... that is my limit is zero. So I've been cancelled?
Seems the DD is pending, never came out (had funds available). Had an upgrade recently, so no idea if the DD request has fallen over with the change?

I won't have time today to call, so will send an email over to support, but it's a bit of a panic, as, well, bandwidth charges on pay as you go would be astronomical...

Might be I've been swapped to a new account. So I'll see if I can find that accounts details.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

Bear in mind you won't be able to call them over the weekend.  Might be worth finding a couple of minutes today.

I agree with Simon hopefully a quick phone call should solve it even if you have to pay via debit card this month as a one off

All sorted. Great service from IDNet. DD did go through. I've no idea what it was, but A* service for quick response. :)
