Voice fault on phoneline

I seem to have a fault on my phoneline that has BT Openreach baffled, I have had 2 Engineers visits including one of nearly 3 hours this morning. This has involved the engineer in changing everything he can in the exchange with no success  He's now had to escalate to one of their more senior engineers! I wait with bated breath!!
Fortunately so far it's not having any effect on my BB connection.

Now sorted, just had a call back from another engineer who's found that problem was caused by faulty ADSL equipment in the exchange putting a loop fault on the voice circuit.
