Hi. I have an IDNET mail account but as of 10am yesterday it stopped receiving mail. The web login refused to let me in until this morning (I was simply getting a dead white page after hitting 'login') when it said

"A script error has occurred - The system has run out of memory (26)

Current location:
1: \webmail\mail\selector.mml

Location in \webmail\mail\selector.mml:"

For all the mailboxes.

The inbox is only at 73% capacity, the others are empty.

I have rung, but there's no answer. I tried to leave a message but got only a dead dialtone when I 'pressed 0 to leave a message'.

Any ideas?

Simon

This doesn't seem to be a widespread issue, as mine is working OK, and we would have had more posts if others were affected.

I think you need to contact support.  What number are you ringing?   The usual number is 0800 331 7000, or you could try 01462 480092.

I had trouble sending yesterday on and off...could pick up but not send then the other way round. seemed to put itself right about 2 hours later. not an ideal situation as it always seems to be when I have important stuff to send/pick up  :)

I'm not able to log  in to any of my  pop3 email accounts this morning.  Keeps asking for log in details and password for each account and then rejects them.
Expecting mail from down under so its important to me.

Is the service down?

Steve

I think mines working , just that any mail to idnet.com I forward elsewhere plus I can access my account via webmail

There was some issues awhile back regarding insecure passwords it may be worthwhile checking via the customer portal what the status of your current passwords it.

Ok again now.  Re-entered log in details (Username and password)  for each address which seems to have worked.
I was still able to access mail through Idnet webmail.  I don't normally use that.
