Their "Infinity" entry level package, is by definition an oxymoron. Restricted to 38mbps throughput at 20gb p/m.

Yes, while a "silly descriptive name" only, it was originally describing the unlimited aspect of the connection (either throughput or download I forget which).

It's a bit like selling "milk" then watering it down slowly until it's legal to call water "milk"...

That branding should never have got past the ASA as network throughput and indeed bandwidth is finite.
