Over the past 5 days or so I have been unable to view the Junk email folder on my idnet.com email address's, does anyone else the same problem?

What is the problem you have? When you click, does it just refresh your inbox?

I noticed this a few days ago... it seems that somehow the IDNet picture transparently extends below where it should do. The quick solution is to click at the right hand side of the junk button, or you could try this: http://webmail.idnet.com/?_task=mail&_mbox=Junk.

I'll make support aware of the issue.

No problem here, Glenn, I've just cleared 56 spam messages out of my Junk folder.

I'm using Firefox, Lance, but I've just tried IE7 and get the same problem as you describe the IDNet image seems to extend to far downwards.

Look's like it's a problem in IE then! Thanks guys.

I've emailed support so they are now aware of the issue.

I rarely use webmail, and even more rarely use IE, but I thought I'd take a look. I didn't have a problem (IE7), but I notice there was a message at login that, if I was using IE6 and experienced problems viewing mail folders, I should click the link, fwiw...

You would not of noticed the link earlier today Rik ;D

At work I have to use IE6 or a browser that uses iE6 as a base, Firefox is not approved, and IE7 breaks some applications in use.
