Bandwidth Notification

I first noticed this discrepancy a couple of days ago - I don't know how long it's been going on. In the early hours of this morning (19th June) I received my usual notification of bandwidth use. It said "time period 1st June 2015 to 18th June 2015" and "covers 17 days". Which do I believe?!
