'Serious' bug
The vulnerability itself has been documented by security researchers at Compass Security and Shellshock Labs in recent months.
"Is it serious? Yes it definitely is," said Jonathan Wu, senior director of product management at Netgear, one of the top three router brands in the US

I've read elsewhere and it seems to be confirmed by the BBC report that there are very few vulnerable devices. The problem is, no one is saying which they are.

They are listed here Zap. http://www.ispreview.co.uk/index.php/2015/10/hackers-begin-to-exploit-new-netgear-router-security-flaws.html

TP link has some too. Subject to spoofing if your browser has the login/cookie for logins still and you visit any site with a correctly set spoofing advert (it just requests the cookie, and is done and dusted). They then get access to your router, which is a problem.

I doubt many of the devices are actually "secure". :/
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.
