Apple has issued a voluntary recall of millions of its two-prong AC wall plugs after incidents of them breaking and causing electric shocks.

UK owners 'shouldn't' be affected.

I thought this was going to be over the cable. :P

I can half understand the reason for them. Make them thin, and they look cool. Make them thin, and if someone pulls too hard on the charger, the cable breaks, not the phone/tablet.

But I tended to see lots of people get aftermarket chargers, just for thinker, more robust cables.
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.
