My monthly bandwidth graph and chart has stuck at August 3rd, is anyone else having this problem?

Rik

Hi Wilf

A number of us had this problem, see here. The cure is to logoff and then back on again, it will give the BT servers a nudge. :)

Thanks Rik, sorry I missed the original thread on the subject, I will try logging off.

Rik

Nae bother, Wilf. It can take an hour or two to work through to the accounts server. :)

When you say "logoff" do mean logout from Idnet?

Rik

Indeed, Wilf - drop the connection from the router if it supports it (Netgears, for example, allow you to drop the PPP connection whilst maintaining sync), or re-boot the router.

Thanks Rik, I have logged out and rebooted my router, will let you now if it works :)

Rik

As I say, Wilf, it may take a couple of hours for the logout to ripple through all the servers, but it should fix the problem. :)

Thanks Rik, It's kicked in okay.

I've just seen a report over on TB about the same problem, Wilf, seems like BT are asleep at the wheel. :(
