Every BQM I can see shows a drop in service at around 4.20pm which lasted for around 5 minutes.

Wind?  :bartmoon: No not that kind...

But could it have caused a sudden break somewhere with a tree/electrical fault then take a second to "fall over" in more ways than one?  ;D
I use to have a signature, then it all changed to chip and pin.

I didn't actually notice anything, but my phone was downloading and upgrading it's OS at the time, so other than that, I wasn't doing anything online.

There's nothing in my modem log but it does appear to be on everyone's BQM regardless of provider.

TBB went down briefly at that time, both the main site and the forums.

It had gone down earlier in the day for a more extended period too, but it didn't affect the BQMs for some reason.

Presumably they were working on the servers and something wasn't ready for showtime... maybe a new version of the main site, I know they've been working on one.

BQMs-  IPv4  IPv6

That would explain it. It's so reliable it never occurred to me it would be a problem at their end. Thanks Bill :)
